Majic AI / Our work / Majic Web

Case study · Business · Web and marketing

One workspace, and a website that maintains itself.

We wanted the whole company in one place: the chat, the files, the bids, the contacts and the passwords, on AI we host ourselves. Then we gave it the job nobody has time for: its website builder made greencommllc.com, and it keeps the site current.

The problem

Six tools, and a website nobody had touched in months.

A small company ends up with its knowledge spread across an inbox, a shared drive, a chat tool, a bid portal and somebody's memory. Public AI tools help one person at a time, and every question sends company data to someone else's servers.

The website is the other casualty. It gets built once and then drifts: stale descriptions, missing page data, small errors nobody notices until a customer does.

The work

What we built

AI chat on models we host

Staff ask questions in one chat and the answers come from the company's own data. The models run on our own servers, so nothing is sent to a public AI service.

Projects and a knowledge base

Projects keep their own files, notes and history. The knowledge base holds price books, specifications and company documents the whole team can search.

Connectors and a vault

Email, files and other systems connect in, and the team's logins and keys sit in one locked, admin-only vault instead of a shared spreadsheet.

A website builder that made greencommllc.com

The website for Green Communications Contracting, greencommllc.com, was made by the builder and is kept current by the SEO engine below.

An SEO engine that works every hour

It crawls every page, checks titles, descriptions and page data, reads real search-performance numbers, and picks up to three improvements per site.

Changes that check themselves

Each change is its own commit. After it deploys, the engine fetches the live page to confirm the change is there and the page still works. If not, it reverts.

How it works

One pass of the SEO engine

Step 1

Crawl

Every page: titles, descriptions, structure and status.

Step 2

Measure

Search queries and impressions, plus a monthly speed test.

Step 3

Plan

Up to three changes per site, with the reasoning logged.

Step 4

Apply

One commit per change, limited to the public pages.

Step 5

Verify live

The live page is fetched and checked after deploy.

Step 6

Revert if wrong

A failed check rolls the change back automatically.

Rules enforced in code, not by prompt

  • Copy is throttled: a page's wording changes at most once every seven days, because hourly churn reads as spam to search engines.
  • New public text passes a truthfulness check after the AI writes it: no invented reviews or ratings, no certification claims the company does not hold, no unverifiable superlatives.
  • There is a kill switch. One file pauses the engine, and every decision it has made is in an audit log.

Why it matters

What this means for your business

This is the workspace behind our Majic AI plans: every app connected in one chat, with your data kept under your control. For companies that want it under their own name, we deploy it as a branded app, in the cloud or on a server at your site.

What it costs. The website builder and Majic chat are part of Majic AI Growth: $1,495 a month per company, with time each week from our team.
