30 days
A 30-day start
If a managed plan is not working for you in its first 30 days, tell us. We end the plan that day, with no notice period, and refund that month's plan fee.
2 hours
The callback, or a credit
Calls and voicemails are returned within 2 hours, 7 days a week. If we miss one, tell us within 30 days and we take 5% off that month's plan fee for the site, up to 25% of the month.
Monthly
No long contract
Cancel with 30 days' notice. Nights and weekends are billed at the same rates.

Plan prices are published. On a project, a price changes only with your written approval before the work starts.
The detail
How each one works, in plain words.
- The 30-day start runs for 30 days from the first day of billed service on a managed plan, MS-1 to MS-5. Tell us by phone or email within those 30 days. We refund that month's plan fee and stop the plan the same day.
- The refund covers the monthly plan fee. Equipment, installation and project work are separate and are not part of it.
- The callback credit applies when you call or leave a voicemail on 636-224-8192 and we have not called you back within 2 hours. Tell us within 30 days.
- Each missed callback takes 5% off that month's plan fee for the site, up to 25% of the month. The credit appears on your next invoice.
- Month to month means what it says: cancel with 30 days' notice, at any time. Plans are invoiced monthly in advance, starting the month after commissioning.
- Prices in writing: the plan prices are on our home page, with a calculator for your own site. Installs and projects are quoted before they start.

The report is yours either way.
Discovery is $25,000, fixed. If your numbers do not show a two-year payback, we say so and you stop there, with the report in hand. After that, a price changes only with your written approval before the work starts.

Send a plan set you have already priced. We run it and send back the counts, each tied to its sheet. You compare them to your own before you decide anything.
In effect for managed plans from October 2026. Response times are measured from your call, chat or our alert, and are listed against their targets in your monthly report. On-site times cover the St. Louis and Kansas City metros.
