What you get from us every month.

On a managed plan you get a report like this every month: what was watched, what broke, how fast we answered, and what to plan for. This sample is for a 15-person office on Majic AI Cloud.

The month in one paragraph. Everything is healthy. There was one short internet outage overnight on September 14, caused by your internet provider, and it was over before anyone arrived. The two main things to plan for: the older switch reaches the end of its maker's support in March 2027, and the conference-room access point is overloaded on meeting days.

Fixed automatically MS-4 and MS-5

36 problems were found and fixed without anyone calling. A few of them:

  • Access point 2 stopped responding. Restarted it. Back in 2 minutes.
  • The link to the warehouse switch kept dropping. Reset the port. Stable since.
  • Print jobs stuck on the front-desk computer. Cleared the queue and restarted printing.
  • One laptop missed its backup twice because it was closed. Ran the backup when it next connected.
  • A camera stopped sending video after a power flicker. Switched its power off and on from the switch. Recording resumed.

Work by our technicians All plans

Nine jobs needed a person this month: five from alerts and four from staff requests. A few of them, and the monthly visit:

  • New employee set up: account, email, laptop and door badge. Done the same day.
  • Front-door reader offline. Controller restarted remotely. 40 minutes.
  • Conference-room Wi-Fi slow during an all-hands meeting. Moved 12 devices to the next access point. See recommendations.
  • Monthly visit, 1 hour 40 minutes: rack and battery backup checked, restore test run, camera lens cleaned, two patch cords labeled, Wi-Fi walked.
  • Accounting computer could not reach the shared drive after a password change. Fixed by phone in 15 minutes.
