What we check

Every gateway, switch, access point, camera, recorder and door controller, with its make, model and age.
What is out of support
Which devices no longer get security updates from their maker, and when the rest reach that date.
What is out of date
The software version on each network device, against the current one.
Wi-Fi where people work
Signal checks at the desks, meeting rooms and work areas you point us to.
Cameras and doors
Which cameras are recording, how many days of video are kept, and whether each door reader responds.
The rack and the power
Labeling, battery backup, and anything that would take the whole site down if it failed.
With your OK we open the admin screens of the gateway, switches and recorder to read versions and settings. We change nothing, install nothing on your computers, and do not ask for staff passwords.
