An online world where the AI builds and the characters talk back.

Majic Realm is a free, shared world that runs in a browser. An AI art studio adds to it every day, the townspeople answer in their own words, and players can ask the AI to build things for them. It is also our hardest test of AI in public, because children play it.

The problem

A live world needs new things every day. A small team cannot draw them all.

Online worlds live or die on fresh content, and content is expensive. A studio our size cannot hand-draw new outfits, vehicles and creatures every day, or write dialogue for a whole town.

AI can make that content, but a public game is the least forgiving place to use it. Whatever the AI produces is seen immediately, by everyone, including children.

The work

What we built

An AI art studio that never sleeps

The AI comes up with an idea, makes it, checks it, and it is in the game the same day: skins, paint jobs, animals and effects. Nobody draws them by hand.

Characters with personality

Every townsperson has a job, a mood and a way of talking, and the AI helps each one answer in character. Walk up, press a key and talk.

Ask for anything

A player stands on their own lot, says what they want, sees the price before anything is spent, and watches it get built. If a build fails, every token comes back.

One world, any device

It runs in a browser on a computer, a phone or a tablet. Players walk, drive, fly or dive from one zone to the next with no loading screen.

Guardrails for a family audience

Chat is filtered, AI characters stay on friendly topics, there are no ads, and bot players always wear a visible tag so everyone knows who is who.

Tools for parents

A parent can link a child's account with a code, lock it to family content, see where they are in the world and join them there.

How it works

How a new item reaches the game

Step 1

Idea

The AI proposes a new skin, paint job or animal.

Step 2

Make

It produces the art and builds it for the game.

Step 3

Check

Automatic checks run before anything is published.

Step 4

Publish

It lands in the game for everyone, the same day.

Step 5

Log

Every release is listed in the public change log.

Under the hood

  • The art studio and the character dialogue run on AI servers we own and operate, the same fleet that runs our business tools.
  • Prices are shown before a player spends anything, and a failed build refunds automatically.
  • What changed and when is published in a change log that is updated as releases go out.

Why it matters

What this means for your business

A game looks a long way from managed IT. The engineering is the same: an AI pipeline that makes something, checks it and publishes it without a person in the loop, running every day, in front of the public. If we can keep that safe for children, we can keep an AI assistant safe for your customers.
