A single lightweight installer per PC. It registers your machine into the global node pool, starts automatically at boot, and self-heals through home Wi-Fi/IP changes — no port forwarding, no static IP, no maintenance.
3. It only works while you're idle
The client only optimizes your PC's power plan for inference speed while it's actively answering a real request — otherwise your normal Windows power settings are left completely alone. It never fights you for the GPU while you're gaming or working.

Is Pool Party the same as Majic's own AI infrastructure?
No. Pool Party is a completely separate, genuinely public and global node pool made up of contributors' own PCs. It never touches or mixes with Majic's own internal fleet.
Will the client slow down my PC while I'm using it?
No. The client only optimizes your power plan for inference speed while actively serving a request. The rest of the time it leaves your normal Windows power settings completely alone and stays out of your way.
What happens if my home IP address or Wi-Fi changes?
